- Continental collaborated with TyrePro Egypt to distribute care packages to families in need
Cairo, May 09, 2021: In celebration of its 150-year anniversary, Continental and TyrePro Egypt, the sole distributor of Continental tyres in the country have collaborated to deliver care packages with essential items to families in-need across Egypt this Ramadan.
Labelled ‘The Road to Blessing’, the campaign lasted for five days and saw Continental provide a truck to distribute care packages across nine locations in Egypt. Overcoming some of the country’s most challenging terrain, Continental, with the support of TyrePro Egypt distributed 150 boxes with essential items including meals, hygiene kits, face masks and sanitizers to different families in-need.

Together we were able to organize and execute the delivery of these precious items to households in need, Ramadan is a time for togetherness and for giving, and we are proud of this campaign that aims to give back to the people of Egypt. The campaign saw the distribution of 450 care packages across two locations per day for five days. Continental delivered almost 1,350 care packages to families across villages in the governorates of Ben Suefi, Ash Sharqia, Gharbia, Faiyum and Menofia, greatly benefitting the local populations.
